ME
EAT FOR LIFE
I'm blessed to have lived a life where many people have come alongside me investing their lives in helping me grow and learn. I've taken that same approach in life to helping others whether it's at work or next to a grill. I love nothing more than seeing someone grow from our interaction. My goal is to always teach someone to fish (so they can eat for life).

WORK EXPERIENCE
I was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee and have spent the greater part of my professional career in capital project management roles with various companies including Velsicol Chemical Corporation, Physiotherapy Associates, and Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare. I also received my P.E. license and worked as a design engineer for Askew Hargraves Harcourt in addition to serving in a role as business development executive for a regional energy efficiency company prior to joining the Corps of Engineers for the outreach coordinator position.

COACHING STYLE
I believe in the power of active listening to help people identify opportunities through self-discovery for personal and professional growth. Throughout the span of both an individual meeting and a series of sessions, I focus on being an advocate for what’s in the best interest of a person's long-term goals and objectives. I've had the privilege of teaching and coaching throughout my life and love the idea of being a lifelong learner fueled by a growth mindset.
